Keeping that flame alive

This is going to be easy. As I mentioned earlier I was going to be doing a post on Andy. If you don’t know (I think most of you do) Andy is my brother so I know him the best out of all the people that entered this contest. Him and I our twins so we have shared memories ever since we were born. One of my favorites is: The time I told him if he called 911 he’d get the answering machine. He called and they almost sent an ambulance to our house. People always say that he is the more mature one. They’re probably right. He as a blog and you can find it HERE. Also I asked him some questions here they are:

1. Favorite Bible verse?

I would have to go along with Jen, right now my favorite verse is Luke 18:7-8
“And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them?
“I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”
It reminds me to continue crying out to the Lord and remain faithful even though He may not answer right away or when I want Him to answer. It also gives me faith that He will answer if we continue asking, seeking, and knocking

2. Why do you blog?

I blog because I like to write and let another people know things that are going on in my life. Right now I’ve been too busy to blog daily, but hopefully that will change soon.

3.What do you do at ZHOP?

My main occupation at ZHOP is to minister to the Lord and cry out to Him day and night. I also sing on 2 different worship teams at ZHOP for about 12-18 hours a week. As far as administration work goes I do a bunch of random things: I am on the events team and help coordinate the conferences that ZHOP hosts every month, I write the newsletters for ZHOP and 7thunders (Kirk Bennett’s traveling ministry), I do a bunch of random things for the 7thunders product team, and I am the administrator for the Camp David Internship, a youth internship that ZHOP holds every summer).

4.Whats one thing people don’t know about you?

I never got spanked when I was a kid… or at least I don’t remember ever being spanked.

5. If someone came up to you and said “Hey Andy can I have 100 dollars?” What
would you tell them?

If I had 100.00 to give to someone I would pray about it first, and probably ask them what they needed it for. But right now I have like -100.00 and counting, so the real question is: If you’re reading this and Andy needs 100.00 what would you tell him?
